Southwest Web Designers is the sole owner of the information
collected on southwestdesigners.net. Southwest Web Designers collects
personally identifiable information from our users at different points on
our web site.
If you
purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally
identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact
information (such as name, email, and mailing address) and possibly financial
information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this
information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble
processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. When
registering, users will receive e-mails with instructions on how to activate
their services and how much the initial price will be.
Southwest Web
Designers never shares a member's credit card information nor publishes it. All
credit card information is handled securely through Verisign Corporation, a
secure payment provider. Southwest Web Designers does not sell or rent any
specific or aggregate member information to third parties.

Offers and Updates
We may occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals
and promotions. We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions
when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily
suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Customer
Service is based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we
will send you a welcoming email to verify your interest in our services. We will
also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services
you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email
or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

do not store information that we collect to create a profile of your

We may use phone directories or a third party vendor to verify your identity and
address in order to ensure that our members provide accurate billing and listing
information. This is important to prevent credit card fraud and to ensure that
someone actually is located at that address.

Sharing and Disclosure
Southwest Web Designers may require that you disclose your personal passwords
from your hosting company if we are allowed to manage your account. We
will not share this information with anyone, other than yourself. We will never
change the password, unless instructed by you.
We use
outside credit card processing companies to bill you for your services. Verisign
Inc., does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information
for any other purposes.
We reserve
the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by
law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights
and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process
served on our Web site
Log Files
As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and
may store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP)
addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages,
and date/time stamp. We use this information, which does not
identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track
users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our
user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to
personally identifiable information.

Access to
Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire

taken with your User ID's and passwords, including changes to your hosting
company and world wide web registrar. Therefore, if your password has been
compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password as
detailed below and inform us at the contact information listed below. Generally,
we will not modify your personal information with other vendors you might be
working with. You can change your user ID, email address, contact information,
financial information, shipping information and user preferences by emailing us
at
customerservice@southwestdesigners.net. Upon your request, we will
deactivate and/or delete your account, contact information, billing information,
shipping information, and financial information from our active databases. To
make this request, email
customerservice@southwestdesigners.net. Such information will be deactivated
as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with our deactivation policy
and applicable law. All of your personal information will be completely removed
from our databases in response to your requests.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter
sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order
forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We treat
data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We
follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information
submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of
transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure,

In the event Southwest Web Designers goes through a business transition, such as

Entry
Form
All entries for the "chance to win free hosting for a year" are subject to
approval. Southwest Web Designers reserves the right to reject and refuse all
entries. Current customers have a better chance of winning than non-customers.
In the event there are less than 50 entries per month, Southwest Web Designers
may reserve the right to have no contest winner for that month. Drawings
will be held monthly and this offer may expire at any time. Value of
package is approximately $240.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we may post those changes to this
privacy statement and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of
what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if
any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at
